The Centre d'interpretació de la Malvasia de Sitges (CIM), located in the former Corral de la Vila, an eighteenth-century livestock building, is a key space for understanding the preserving the history of a unique wine: Malvasia de Sitges. For decades, this variety, which is unique to Sitges, was crafted into wine in the winery of the Hospital Sant Joan Baptista.
