Guided Tour: "Malvasia, Beyond Sweet Wine"
The Institute of Penedesense Studies dedicates one of the activities of the XXXI Penedesense Studies Conference to the Malvasia of Sitges, as an essential part of the territory’s culture and language, and as a showcase of intangible heritage. The activity will begin with a visit to the Malvasia Interpretation Center, followed by a round table discussing the legend, literature, and new narratives surrounding this unique wine.
Visit to the urban vineyard, the chapel, the modernist complex of the Sitges Hospital, and the Malvasia Interpretation Center of Sitges – 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
