Born in Tarragona but rooted in Sitges for many years, Montserrat Figueras Pàmies is a painter who has combined her university teaching with her artistic vocation of drawing and painting. From a very young age she dedicated herself to drawing and later studied painting techniques at the Prado Art School in Sitges.

He has made several collective and individual exhibitions in Catalonia, especially in Sitges, and also in other places of the national territory. To his imaginary thin the spontaneity and the narration of spaces, which he captures through the color and the intensity with the watercolor technique. She interprets urban beaches and coastal landscapes with her peculiar naive style, which she defines as "naive impressionism".
