Until a few decades ago, the smell of must was the star of the show during the month of September. Sitges Malvasia was the crown jewel of the Sitges wine industry, which structured an entire series of trades and realities that have now been hidden along different spots that we will explore around different streets and locations in Sitges. Sweet Malvasia wine tasting at the end of the tour.

• Guided tour through a route that reveals all the essential points to understand wine and the Malvasia in Sitges: long-gone wineries, the export shipping area and other surprises.
• The Route ends at the CIM - the old Village Corral, an 18th century building, unique in our territory in terms of popular architecture, and where the Sitges Malvasia Interpretation Center's museographic contents and this grape variety's urban vineyard are located.
• Tasting of sweet Malvasia wine from the Hospital Winery in the Wine Bar at the old Village Corral. There are two options for the visit, depending on the wines contracted, a simple tasting with a glass of the winery's sweet malvasia or a more complete visit with a tasting of three of the winery's wines and a snack.
