In the morning, with the help of Nootka, we will go on a kayak excursion to the Colls - Miralpeix coves at the foot of the Garraf Natural Park.
In the afternoon, we will visit the CIM, the Malvasia Interpretation Centre, a unique heritage space, where we will discover the urban malvasia vineyard in the centre of Sitges, and taste some of its wines.

Requirements:
* Know how to swim.
* Minimum age 18 years old.
* Synthetic T-shirt or lycra for sailing.
* Swimming trunks or trousers that can get wet.
* Water shoes (booties or footwear that can get wet).

It is necessary to bring:
* Hat and sunglasses.
* Sun protection and water.
* Towel and spare clothes.
