Rafael Arroyo's new exhibition ‘Creatures and Characters’, presents a collection of fantastic beings in which he combines the technique of enamel with the assembly of recycled materials, with the intention of making us react on our consumption habits. A professional enameller, after many years, the artist has managed to master all the techniques of metal enamelling.

Born in Gijón, he is a Master Artisan by the Generalitat de Catalunya and has a long career in the field of artistic recycling. Since 1992, he has been working independently in his workshop in Barcelona, collaborating with prestigious jewellery and goldsmith firms.
