From 23 to 25 October
The 19th Sitges Wine Fair will finally take place from 23 to 25 October at Plaça de la Fragata, after heavy rain during the first weekend of October forced its postponement. The event will return as a standalone edition, separate from the Festa de la Verema (Grape Harvest Festival).
The fair will bring together a selection of wines and cavas from various wineries and producers, including Família Torres, Jean Leon, Vermouth Padró and Formatgeria de Sitges, among other exhibitors. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover and sample a variety of products related to winemaking and gastronomy.
The fair will also feature the Torres&Earth space, dedicated to sustainability and climate change.
Meanwhile, the Sitges Malvasia Interpretation Centre (CIM) will hold open days throughout the weekend to introduce residents, visitors and tourists to the local wine culture.
Opening hours of the 19th Wine Fair
· Friday, 23 October: 7 pm to 11 pm.
· Saturday, 24 October: 12 pm to 3.30 pm and 5 pm to 11 pm.
· Sunday, 25 October: 12 pm to 3.30 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm.
· Location: Plaça de la Fragata.
Opening hours for the CIM open days
· Friday, 23 October: 5 pm to 8 pm
· Saturday, 24 October: 11 am to 2.30 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm
· Sunday, 25 October: 11 am to 2.30 pm
· Location: Sitges Malvasia Interpretation Centre (Plaça de Joan Duran i Ferret)
