The oppening will take place on Saturday, June 21 at 18:30 in the exhibition space of artAmore Sitges.

In this exhibition, Pastó, a self-taught creator from Sant Pere de Ribes and with roots in the lands of Lleida, offers a playful and emotional look at the universal icons of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, reinterpreted through a very personal technique: the assembly of recycled materials.

The collection is born from a simple but profound principle: fun as a creative engine. For Pastó, to create is to return to childhood, to recover the ability to play and surprise through manual construction. This series transforms not only materials, but also the viewer’s gaze, proposing a light but critical reflection on consumption, recycling and memory of objects.

MOUSE? is an exhibition that awakens smiles, revalues the found object and returns to sculpture a playful and emotional function. Pastó turns rejection into art, and does so with humor, memory and tenderness.
