Enjoy an autumn afternoon filled with tradition, music and a friendly atmosphere at La Castanyada and Sardanes in Sitges.
On Saturday, 31 October, at 6 pm, the Jardins de l’Hort de Can Falç will host La Castanyada with Sardanes, an autumn celebration organised by Amics de la Sardana de Sitges, with the collaboration of Ajuntament de Sitges.
The event will feature a musical performance by the cobla Maricel, a traditional Catalan wind band, and will offer roasted chestnuts, panellets (traditional All Saints’ Day sweets) and wine, all at very affordable prices.
A great opportunity to enjoy the traditions of La Castanyada, traditional cobla music and sardanes, the traditional Catalan circle dance, in a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
