Das "Sitges Tapa a Tapa“ feiert sein 15-jähriges Bestehen mit der Präsentation der Frühlingsausgabe.

The gastronomy route is being offered from 16 to 26 April. A total of 40 establishments will be offering a gastronomy experience over the ten days, with the tapas accompanied by a small draft beer or bottle of beer.

The Sitges Tapa a Tapa turns 15 this year, doing so with a special spring edition, open to the public. The gastronomy route is being offered from 16 to 26 April, consolidating its position as one of the most outstanding events on the local food and wine calendar. The ten-day event is again set to turn the town into a grand culinary showcase, where the 40 establishments taking part will be offering their creations in a tapa format, combining tradition, innovation and quality products.

 

The 15th edition of the Tapa a Tapa gets under way from Cap de la Vila on 16 April, at 6.30 pm, with a ceremony that again includes the participation of the Escola d'Hosteleria of the Institut Joan Ramon Benaprès. Students from the centre will be tasked with putting together the degustation tapa of the day: a duck Bensandvitx accompanied by a small Estrella Damm draft beer.

 

The Sitges Tapa a Tapa is one of the most eagerly awaited gastronomy events of the year, a meeting place for local residents, visitors and local restaurateurs, where they show their culinary talent with small-format dishes. The event is also a driver for economic and tourist vitality.
